Extra facilities at a glance, all included in the fee:
● Mock orals & mock written exams (GP,IP,EP)
These are organised throughout the academic year and we encourage all students to sit these.
● Online access to notes and handout (GP,IP,EP)
All lesson notes, workbooks and assessments are stored in a secured online database. Students have access to it in the event they miss a class. Should the student fail to access the database for technical reasons for instance, notes will then be posted to the student.
● Revision sessions organised over each school break (GP,IP,EP)
Optional bonus-lessons will be arranged regularly during each term-long course to help students practice key areas important for the exams. Students who feel they would benefit from extra revision are welcome to attend.
● Extra lessons arranged anytime (day or night) through our online conferencing system (IP,EP)
Parents have asked if our conferencing system is similar to forums, chat rooms or various other social networking websites. We do not use such tools as we feel these are incompatible with proper teaching pedagogy. Instead we use a learning management system which is a software application for the documentation, tracking, and reporting of classroom and e-learning programmes. Most reputable schools and Colleges around the world are using these nowadays with great success. For instance in UCC students can use BlackBoard®; BlackBoard® develops software applications to manage e-learning. Our learning management system is similar to that and allows us to organise virtual lessons with students using a virtual whiteboard creating an open source for questions and answers should students need last minute brainstorming before a test. Our learning management system also allows us to publish lessons and grade assignments. We can guarantee that our system offers a secure and safe virtual study environment for students and unlike other various unregulated forums, chat rooms or social networking websites our learning management system protects and respects the privacy of our students as it does not interfere share or give access to student's private information.

● Monthly progress reports sent to parents (IP,EP)
These monthly reports give a detailed feedback of students' progress.
● Monthly individual meetings with student to discuss progress & monthly individualised study plans and extra homework. (EP)
Our mission is to get students the points they're aiming for. But again not all students learn at the same pace or have the same difficulties. We will therefore meet students on a monthly basis, to assess their progress and provide them with a personalised and customised study plan.
