Tuition fees must be paid in full at the time of registration by cash, cheque (made payable to Cork Institute of French), bank transfers, bankers draft, or even online via PayPal.
Discounts
You may be eligible for one of the following discounts (discounts cannot be combined).
10% Discount for Family Members when two or more family members register for the same term. (Note: Registration must be completed at the same time within a single term.)
10% Referral Discount Refer a friend (new student) to Cork Institute of French and get 10% off your current session.
10% off when you enroll in two consecutive courses (adult courses only)
Course Withdrawals
Course fees are non-refundable. A notice to withdraw from a prepaid course must be received in writing. Upon receipt of a written notice the Director will review the case and tuition fees may be refunded less a 25% administration fee.
Transfers
Transfers from one course to another must be requested within the first two weeks of the same session and must be approved by Cork Institute of French. Any additional fees resulting from a course transfer are payable at the time the change is made.
Course Cancellations & Changes
Cork Institute of French reserves the right to modify course start time or cancel courses (due to insufficient enrollment or unavailability of an instructor). We also reserve the right to adjust curriculum or change teachers at any time during the course sessions. If your course is cancelled, you will be notified by telephone or mail and given the option to transfer, to receive a credit or to be fully refunded.
Catch-up Classes (applies to adult courses only)
For an additional fee of €40 per hour, catch-up classes can be arranged for students who miss a class. Students may be permitted to substitute missed classes with another class of the same level offered during the week. Alternatively notes can be sent by post.
